The Information Technology Management Association (ITMA) Toastmasters Club chapter meeting is usually held on the 3rd Friday of the month at NUSS Suntec City Guild House. As usual, the action-packed meeting commences at 7:15 p.m. and dinner is available at 6:45 p.m. There will be a refreshment break at 8.15pm where you can have coffee/tea or snacks.

The recipient for 2005 ITMA bursary award is Mr Koh Chuan Hock.

Chuan Hock is currently reading the BComp(Computational Biology) programme.

Rosina Howe was returned as the President of ITMA for 2005 at the 25th Annual General Meeting held on March 22, 2005 at The Pines Country Club. Vice Presidents are Wu Choy Peng and Alvin Ong; Choy Peng was the Vice President last year and Alvin was on the council looking after membership and Toastmasters Club.

Irving Chew is our new Honorary Secretary while Kwa Kim Chiong takes over as Treasurer. Other new council members are Tang Wai Yee, Yap Chee Yuen, Leong Chin Yew, Shirin Hamid and Teo Chin Seng. The council bade farewell and is grateful to outgoing Honorary Secretary Yeo Guan Kai, council members Marilyn Ling and Goh Ai Boon. Vivienne Tan replaced Tan Yee Lay as the second Honorary Auditor.

The AGM also approved some minor changes to the Constitution around enhancing the conditions for elections of office bearers and council members.
