IT Governance in Asia: An Adoption & Implementation Perspective

  • IT faces tremendous pressure to deliver tangible and sustained value.
Prudent businesses and organisations acknowledge and accept the role
of IT governance as an essential element in delivering business value
    consistently.
  • In light of this, organizations are either implementing or planning to
implement eff ective IT governance practices.
  • The fi rst part of this presentation shares some of the key research fi ndings
and results of the survey, to say the least, some of which are startling and
contrary to expectations. The second part of the presentation discusses
best practices that organizations can use to anticipate IT governance
implementation hurdles and chart a relatively smoother adoption.
  • How to help organizations make better IT governance decisions.
