Cisco Chuck
Trent is the Vice President of Vendor Management Offi ce for IT Global Shared Services in Asia Pacifi c & Japan, equivalent to the Chief Information Offi cer role. Reporting into the offi ce of Brad Boston, Senior Vice President and CIO of Cisco Systems, Inc., Chuck is also the IT Theatre Relationship Executive for Asia Pacifi c and a member of the Cisco IT Global Alignment Council. Chuck's responsibilities include global service provider/ business partner selection, contracts, RFPs, business processes and relationships for all IT technologies and managed services. In his role of IT Executive in the Asia Pacifi c region, Chuck has responsibility for client engagement and executive communication. Chuck joined Cisco in 1998 and in his fi rst role looked after design engineering and product lifecycle management for the Cisco internal global multi-service network. Prior to this, he was Technical Director for the Worldwide Network at Tandem computers supporting the global backbone, campus LAN/MAN/Voice operations, Network Helpdesk and Desktop Services. He was also a key member of the Compaq, Tandem and Digital merger and integration team. Chuck retired from Pacifi c Bell after 21 years where he held several Technical Director and management positions in various systems and network operations, security and planning groups. Chuck is a member of several Customer Advisory Boards and Steering Committees in the Telecom industry. He also sits on Governance Boards and is active in a number of programs to develop and implement IT Best Practices. Throughout his career he has served as an offi cer of various technology user groups

Ms Tay So Leng,
Assistant Director, e- Government Planning and Management Division, Government Chief Information Offi ce, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA)
Ms So Leng currently heads the Policy and Governance Department in the e- Government Planning and Management Division of the Government Chief Information Offi ce. She oversees the development of governmentwide policies for eff ective governance and management of ICT in the public sector and looks into the development and promotion of best practices in ICT management for adoption by over 60 government agencies. So Leng also manages governance functions that support government wide decision-making forums to ensure cost-eff ective ICT investment and alignment to e- Government objectives. Ms So Leng started her career with the National Computer Board and acquired experience in ICT projects across several public sector settings. Before joining the Infocomm Development Authority, she undertook a skills-transfer assignment by the Singapore International Foundation during which she headed the IT unit of the Health Ministry of the Government of Botswana and provided advisory to the ministry's top management on IT governance processes.

Ms Parameswari G M, Project Leader, Application Services, Innovation & Infocomm Technology Group, LTA
Ms Parameswari G M has specialized in the areas of Document Imaging, Document Management and Workflow Management Systems for the last 7 years with particular expertise in process design for document conversion projects. She has extensive practical experience in implementing document & workfl ow related applications. She undertook numerous document conversion projects for government agencies, educational institutions and the banking sector. Currently, she is spearheading the document & workfl ow management projects in LTA and achieved the certifi cation of the Electronic Archival System in accordance with the Evidence (Computer Output) Regulations 1997. Ms Parameswari holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Post-grad Diploma in Systems Analysis.

Martin Ling, Senior manager, Keppel Corporation Ltd
As Senior Manager of Group IT in Keppel Corporation Limited, Martin's responsibilities cover IT Governance, the development and implementation of various business application systems and the introduction of new IT initiatives to support the Group's business objectives. These initiatives include the implementation of a Groupwide Enterprise Information Portal, roll-out of a Financial Consolidation and Business Intelligence System, development of an Engineering Project Lifecycle Management System and consolidation of Keppel's IT Infrastructure. Prior to Keppel, Martin held consulting positions with several management consulting fi rms and worked on projects for MNCs in Asia and Europe.

Angie Monksfi eld, Vice President Application Projects, IT Services, Singapore Airlines
Ms Angie Monksfi eld is the Vice President of Application Projects (IT Services) at Singapore Airlines. She started her career in IT in 1986 and built a systems integration company which she later sold to the EDS Group. She then joined Accenture as a Senior Manager responsible for the global sales and implementation of their Financial Services products developed in Singapore. Before joining SIA, she was Head of Member Services and subsequently Commercial Cards at Visa International.
