Dear ITMA Member

Keynote Event - Extra-ordinary Leadership
21st February - Fullerton Bay Hotel, Singapore

Now, more than ever before, the leadership challenges facing the CIO are immense. How does the CIO provide effective leadership in today’s fast-changing world? The modern business environment is particularly demanding, with the IT department and the rest of the business looking to the CIO for certainty across a complex set of business and technological demands.

CIOs faced with such a challenge encounter mixed signals, where both the objective and the way to achieve that objective are uncertain. Join us to find out and debate with your peers the requirement for extra-ordinary leadership;

  • How do you manage the potentially uncomfortable debate at the C-level?
  • How do you guide and manage “the dance” at the senior executive level?
  • How can you successfully guide the delivery of the right technology at the right time for the organisation, while also developing your team and yourself?

Speakers:
Alistair Russell – Senior VP, Advisory Services at CIO Connect
Steve Lee – CIO at Changi Airport
Chee Chiang Chau – CIO at IDA

Venue:
Port of Call, Floating Pod at the Fullerton Bay Hotel

Agenda:
6:00pm – welcome & drink reception
6:30pm – discussion
7:30pm – dinner served
10:00pm - close
